Fantastic customer care. James is a really sound, genuine guy offering good motors at very reasonable prices. No hard sell at all. I phoned about a car and James held it for me until I could view it. When I arrived the car was clean and all ready warmed up for a test drive. I decided to buy after a driving the vehicle as it was at good price considering the spec and condition. Picked the car up a few days later with over half a tank of petrol in, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my car the day after purchasing but James got it sorted at no cost to me and pretty large cost to himself. An absolute gent to deal with, I will definitely contact James when I'm looking to buy another car and whole heartedly recommend J F Cars

I cannot recommend James at J&F cars enough. We came across the advert for the Honda jazz after looking for an automatic for my nan. Although the car wasn't as new/exclusive as J&F cars usually sell, James was incredibly friendly and helpful. He completely put ours minds at rest (especially with the current covid rules around buying cars) It's such a breath of fresh air for a car dealer to be down to earth and friendly, the car was delivered as agreed and as discribed . Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Bought a civic type r from here, fantastic experience. Takes the time to tell you about the car and is completely honest about what you would want to know, really felt that this was as good an experience buying a car can possibly be. 100% recommend, has some banging motors in the showroom too!

Bought the Subaru Sti from James 2 or 3 weeks ago now and was highly efficient at everything he did for me, I got the train from Hull, stayed in a hotel and James picked me up without hesitation to help me out the next day.
All of his cars are presented really lovely and James isn't a car salesmen as such, he's just a proper petrol head and loves everything about cars and this shows in his work and the way he talks about them/looks after them.
Warranty comes with all of his cars and despite my Subaru having a little issue that I found, James didn't hesitate to help to resolve any issues.
This is why people trust him.
Well worth the 12 hour round trip. If all car dealers was like James then life would be to good 😅
